How to order a custom board.

To make the custom board price quotation we need to know the board size you want and the image you want on the board, the material required, Below this description you can find a simple request form. When we get your request, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Approximate cost of custom boards:
For the board size 19x12x2"  with a basic design, we will charge £500 and up plus shipping. Boards can be made upto 24” x 16” x 2” from materials that are available to the UK, suitability of materials can differ due to the way they are cut on the machine.

Custom cutting board ordering process.

If you decided to go ahead and order one of our custom boards, we will ask you for £250.00 upfront payment. After your payment we will add your order in our schedule and start working on the project. Schedules vary with work load and you will be advised at time of order.

Your satisfaction it is one of our main goals. It means that before making your board physically we will prepare a computer model for you. Sometimes you can feel that it is not exactly what you wanted. It means that we need to work more to find perfect design for you. We will start making the board only after your approval. The approval process can take more time than we expect, as a result board making can take more time as well.

When the board is ready, we will request the rest of the money and we will ship the board to you.

IMPORT DUTIES.

Some countries are charging import duties, we will try to source a carrier that handles all import duties at time of shipping, this may not be available in your location so you will be advised accordingly. 

Copyrighted images and vector's.

You must make sure you have the permission of the copyright holder to use images or purchase a licence to use images.

We do not accept any liability for images you have supplied to us, we will assume you have the necessary permissions.
